What Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account and login credentials
• Profile information (name, email, fitness goals, experience level)
• Workout history and exercise logs
• AI coaching conversations and feedback
• Programs and training plans
• Form analysis data and videos
• Health data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect
• Subscription records (your subscription will also be cancelled)

What May Be Retained

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be traced back to you
• Records required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial transaction records for tax/legal compliance), retained only as long as legally required

Timeframe

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provide once your data has been deleted.

Alternative: Delete From the App

You can also delete your account directly from within the Coach Creed app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
